1. Who is the data controller

Greg Traynor is the data controller for personal data collected through this website and during the planning and delivery of your ceremony.

2. What we collect

• Contact details you submit through the enquiry form (name, email, phone).
• Information you share about your ceremony (date, venue, type of ceremony, story details, vows).
• Information required for the legal Marriage Registration Form (provided by the HSE, not collected by this website).

3. How we use it

Solely to respond to your enquiry, plan and deliver your ceremony, and meet our legal obligations as a registered solemniser. We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing.

4. How long we keep it

Enquiry correspondence is kept for up to 24 months. Ceremony planning records are kept for up to 7 years for legal and tax purposes. You may request deletion at any time, subject to legal retention requirements.

5. Cookies & analytics

This site uses only essential cookies necessary for the site to function. Aggregated, anonymous traffic data may be collected via standard analytics to improve the site.

6. Your rights

Under GDPR you have the right to access, correct, port, restrict or erase your personal data, and to lodge a complaint with the Irish Data Protection Commission.
