1. Who we are
These terms apply to the services provided by Greg Traynor ("Greg", "we", "us"), a legal solemniser and celebrant operating in Ireland, nominated by FuturFaith to the General Register Office (GRO).
2. Booking & confirmation
A booking is confirmed once Greg has acknowledged the date in writing and a deposit (where applicable) has been received. Dates cannot be held without confirmation.
3. Fees & payment
Guide fees are published on the website and discussed individually before booking. Travel beyond reasonable distance from Greg's base may attract an additional fee, quoted transparently in advance. The final balance is payable no later than fourteen (14) days before the ceremony.
4. Cancellation & rescheduling
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify Greg as soon as possible. Deposits are non-refundable but may, at Greg's discretion, be transferred to a new mutually agreed date subject to availability.
5. Couple responsibilities
The couple are responsible for giving the legally required three months' notice to a Civil Registration Service, obtaining the Marriage Registration Form (MRF) and presenting it on the day, along with two adult witnesses and valid photo identification.
6. Force majeure
Neither party shall be liable for failure to perform where prevented by events beyond reasonable control (including illness, severe weather, government restrictions). In such cases Greg will endeavour to arrange a substitute solemniser or reschedule.
7. Photography & testimonials
Greg may, with your written permission, share images or testimonials from your ceremony on this website and associated channels. You may withdraw this permission at any time.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.
